THE TYPICAL FLAVORS OF THE AMALFI COAST

It all began in 1945 when Luigi Amendola from Amalfi, to feed his 15 children and his wife Carmela, decided to transform the small Osteria into Trattoria, located in Piazza dei Dogi, in Amalfi, where his countrymen usually gathered to play cards, taste local seafood and sip a glass of wine.

Home cooking and great attention to hospitality have always been key features of the restaurant even when his children took over who continued the father’s catering business with many sacrifices.
